McGregor Minnesota is located in Aitkin County and just north of the Minneapolis metro area about 2 hours away It really comes down to only a half a tank of gas to come see us up in McGregor. There is so much to do in the McGregor Lakes area from fishing for crappie, northern, walleye, and sunfish. We have many restaurants/bars and resorts on the lake and plenty of places to vacation around Big Sandy Lake. Real Estate sales have been off for the past 2 years in McGregor Minnesota. The 2010-2011 Real Estate market I believe will continue to be slower for sellers looking to get top dollar for their lake homes, if you do not have to sell I reccomend you do not put it on the market. If you must sell due to economic conditions then you must price your home accordingly. If you are facing foresclosure then you should call a professional and see about a short sale!! Lenders do not want your home back.
